With this post I completed THREE challenges! I am super excited to have been able to combine them :)
I combined two sketch challenges to create a double layout, and I searched through my stash for a Scrap Our Stash challenge!
Here are the two lovely sketches
This one from Sketches In Thyme
And this one from Let's Get Sketchy
For the Scrap Our Stash challenge I completed the challenge with the following materials:
A: Accents of corrugated cardboard
B: Brads, black ink, buttons
U: Underlay title
S: Strawberry die cuts, "sweet" ribbon, "salmon" paper tape, sentiments
Here is my first page, that corresponds to the Sketches In Thyme sketch!
For this page I cut my title from my background page and used strawberry paper and neon pink paper to create an underlay. I also hand stitched the strawberry to the title and added some fun buttons and brads for extra details.
My second page corresponds to the Let's Get Sketchy sketch!
I tied the layout together with the ribbon and tape running across the length of both pages. I also stitched my strawberry onto this page, and I am loving how cute they came out! I used a quote "I am in full sunshine now." -Robert Browning because I love days like this, it fills my heart with joy to see my little one so excited and so happy. I am so in love with my little family and how easy it is for B to "delight in the little things."
Without further ado, here are the pages together!
Some close up shots of the details! I haven't ever stitched a design like this onto my pages before, I was so happy with the result!
Hope you all enjoyed my layout!
